Vibgyor Holidays is built for travellers who want clear packages, honest inclusions, and dependable coordination — whether you are planning a same-day Mathura pilgrimage, a weekend Agra–Taj circuit, a Himalayan honeymoon, or a custom family holiday across multiple cities.

This page explains exactly how our platform works end to end: how you search, what to check before you pay, how confirmation happens, what support looks like on the travel day, and how cancellations or changes are handled. Reading this once will save time later and help you book with confidence.

Step 1 — Search & compare the right options

Start from the main menu: Tours, Destinations, Hotels, Guides, or Transport. Each section is designed for a different travel need. Tours are curated itineraries with day-wise plans. Hotels focus on stays. Transport is ideal when you mainly need a vehicle with driver for a circuit. Destinations help you explore places before you lock a package.

Use filters that matter to real trips: city or region, travel dates, budget range, duration (days/nights), and group size. For spiritual day trips, compare shared AC bus versus private sedan/Innova versus Tempo Traveller — per-person cost often drops as more people share a private vehicle.

Save or shortlist 2–3 options instead of booking the first result. Compare price, duration, inclusions, departure city, and whether hotel stay is included. A cheaper headline price may exclude monument tickets or meals; a slightly higher package may include tolls, parking, and driver allowance — which often makes the total trip cheaper and simpler.

Step 2 — Review package details carefully

Open the full package page and read four blocks in order: overview, highlights, itinerary, and inclusions/exclusions. The itinerary tells you what you will actually do each day (and what is optional). Highlights are marketing-friendly summaries — inclusions are the contractual checklist.

Check pickup and drop points. Delhi NCR packages may offer metro-point boarding for shared buses and doorstep pickup for private cars. Confirm whether your area (Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, etc.) is covered without extra charges.

For hotel-inclusive tours, note room sharing (twin/double), meal plan (only breakfast vs MAP), and star category. For day tours without hotel, plan your own early start and late return. Always verify guest capacity: sedan for small families, Innova for 5–6, Tempo Traveller for larger groups.

If anything is unclear — temple entry fees, camera charges, lunch stops, night halt city — ask before payment. A five-minute clarification is better than a surprise cost on the road.

Step 3 — Book securely with accurate traveler details

When you are ready, open the booking form and enter traveler names exactly as on government ID (Aadhaar, passport, or other accepted ID). Wrong spellings can cause issues at hotels or for certain permits. Add a reachable mobile number and email — these are used for confirmation, driver coordination, and vouchers.

Select add-ons only if you need them (extra guide, insurance where offered, upgraded vehicle). Review the total amount, then complete payment only on official Vibgyor Holidays pages. Do not pay to personal UPI IDs or unofficial links shared by unknown contacts.

After payment, wait for written confirmation (email/SMS/dashboard). Tentative holds are not the same as confirmed bookings. If money is deducted but confirmation is delayed, wait 10–15 minutes, refresh, then contact support with UTR/transaction ID. Keep screenshots until the voucher arrives.

Step 4 — Before you travel

One day before departure, re-check pickup time, meeting point, and driver/coordinator contact if shared. Carry original ID, comfortable footwear for temples/forts, water, and any medicines you need. For Taj Mahal or fort visits, follow monument opening hours and security rules; some items are restricted inside.

If your package includes early morning departure (common for Agra sunrise or Mathura day trips), plan sleep and traffic buffer. Shared bus departures are fixed; private cars are more flexible but still depend on expressway conditions.

Step 5 — On-trip support & after you return

After the trip, you can share feedback or photos. If something did not match the confirmed inclusions, write to us with booking ID and details within a reasonable time so we can investigate with partners.

Cancellations and refunds follow package-specific rules — see our Refund Policy and your confirmation. Changes in dates or vehicle type are subject to availability and may involve fare differences.
